Indian Journal of Learning and Teaching (IJLT) is a scholarly journal focused on education, learning, teaching, pedagogy, teacher education, educational technology, curriculum, assessment and related interdisciplinary research.
Research manuscripts considered suitable after initial editorial screening are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process: reviewers are not provided with author identity in the review file, and authors are not provided with reviewer identity. Reviewers should be independent subject experts and should not have a conflict that compromises impartial assessment.
The editor considers reviewer reports together with the manuscript’s originality, methods, clarity, ethical compliance and relevance. Reviewers advise; the editorial decision remains with the responsible editor. Possible decisions include reject, major revision, minor revision or accept after required checks.
Editorials, corrections, retractions or other non-research material may follow a different review route where appropriate; any material exception to the normal peer-review process should be identified transparently.
